Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must include all original accessories, manuals, and cables
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items marked as "For Parts" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been modified, damaged by the buyer, or show signs of misuse
  • Items missing original accessories or documentation
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Software, licenses, or digital products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@liquidationtechhub.com with your order number and reason for return. Please include photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging or equivalent. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package for its full value.
  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Details

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost (if applicable), to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal/Other: 3-5 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Damaged in Transit: We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund

4. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos or video demonstrating the defect
  3. We will verify the defect and provide a prepaid return label
  4. Choose between a replacement (if available) or full refund

Note: For items marked as "Fair" condition, please review the item description carefully as some cosmetic imperfections are expected and not considered defects.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging AND the damaged item
  2. Keep all original packaging materials
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  4. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund

7. Late Returns

Returns received after the 30-day window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, or may be declined at our discretion. We recommend initiating the return process as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order
  • The order has not yet been shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait to receive the item and then initiate a return if needed.
