Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

3. Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Ground shipping on orders over $500 within the contiguous United States.

  • Free shipping applies to Standard Ground only
  • Free shipping is calculated after any discounts are applied
  • Some oversized or heavy items may be excluded
  • Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders

4. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time and incur higher shipping costs.

International Shipping

We currently offer limited international shipping. Please contact us at contact@liquidationtechhub.com with your location and the items you wish to purchase for a custom shipping quote.

Note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by your local customs authority.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carrier)
  • Link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. For fragile or sensitive test equipment, we use:

  • Anti-static packaging materials
  • Foam cushioning and bubble wrap
  • Double-boxed packaging for high-value items
  • Custom crating for large or delicate equipment

7. Signature Requirements

For your protection, signature confirmation may be required for:

  • Orders over $750 in value
  • Expedited or Express shipments
  • Deliveries to certain addresses

If you will not be available to sign, you can request to have the package held at a carrier location for pickup, or authorize the carrier to leave the package without a signature (at your own risk).

8. Delivery Issues

Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors
  2. Look for a delivery notice or safe-place location
  3. Wait 24 hours as packages sometimes show as delivered early
  4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  5. If still missing, contact us within 5 days of delivery date

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on reporting damage and receiving a replacement or refund.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Address changes after an order has shipped may incur additional fees from the carrier.

10. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Note that delivery times to military addresses may be longer, and some large items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

11. Freight Shipments (Large Items)

For large or heavy items that require freight shipping:

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions
  • Delivery is typically to curbside (residential) or dock (commercial)
  • Liftgate service is available for an additional fee
  • You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Please inspect freight shipments thoroughly before signing
